Ticket Options

What if I Can’t Use My Tickets For a Game?

PSL Owners have often asked for advice on what to do with their tickets if they can’t attend a game. The best options always include giving tickets to friends and family or trying to navigate the confusing secondary market. Season tickets are an investment that should never go to waste.

We sought to provide a better answer to fans, with an emphasis on providing a safe and secure environment. With TicketMaster’s help we are able to offer several options for fans who can’t use their tickets for a particular game. These options are outline below with details on how fans can utilize them. Feel free to call us at 410-261-RAVE (7283) if you have any questions about any of these options.

How It Works

Every ticket on your account carries a unique barcode, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original ticket is cancelled and the original ticket is no longer valid. The recipient is emailed a new ticket with a unique barcode that has been electronically issued. This new ticket can be printed using any standard printer.
