Appearance Request Application

Completion of the online form is a request only and does not guarantee an appearance. The online request must be filled out completely or it will not submit properly.

The following information is designed to assist you in making a request to include the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders in your upcoming event or program. Each request will be given a fair and individual evaluation and, if deemed necessary by our office, may vary from the following guidelines.

A request will only be considered if it is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Upon receipt of the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders Appearance Application, please allow 5-7 business days to receive a written response to your request.

Members of the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders – both female and male – are available for appearances from mid-May through December. Due to the practice schedule, cheerleaders are unable to make appearances on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

Generally speaking, cheerleader appearances will range from two to four hours in length with a minimum of two cheerleaders participating. Depending on the event/location, appearance fees range from $150 to $250 per cheerleader, per hour. Based upon the nature of the request, an appearance fee will be determined.

Cheerleader fees are as follows and do not include travel fees:

Fundraisers and Non-Profit Organizations:
$150 per cheerleader, per hour
This includes all companies and/or schools who are non-profit or are working with a non-profit charity organization.

Private Parties:
$175 per cheerleader, per hour
For example, Anniversary Parties, Birthday Parties, Retirement Parties and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.

Commercial/Corporate Functions:
$250 per cheerleader, per hour
This includes Trade Shows, Business Functions, Expos and Grand Openings.

Stipulations:

• All publicity for the event that mentions an appearance by the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders must be approved by the Baltimore Ravens before use.
• All appearances must be paid one (1) week prior to the appearance date. Payment options are as follows: check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). All checks made payable to: Baltimore Ravens LP.
• A secure area for the cheerleaders' belongings and parking must be provided. Security before and after the appearance is also required to escort cheerleaders to and from their cars.
